From frustrated clients to committed partners
Qworx was born from an experience many know all too well: being the client of technology providers that promise the world and deliver far less. Late responses, generic solutions that don't fit, projects that drag on forever, and budgets that inflate without explanation. After living through that ourselves, a group of people passionate about technology, data management, and business process optimization decided we could do better. Not from theory or a polished sales pitch, but from the empathy of having sat exactly where our clients sit today.
Our story with Odoo began over 4 years ago, when we implemented it in our own operations. What started as a search for a reliable ERP turned into something bigger: we discovered a platform with enormous potential that businesses in Chile were only beginning to tap into. We trained with Odoo, became certified Ready Partners, and started building what is now our catalog of custom integrations: from payment gateways like Transbank and MercadoPago, to electronic invoicing with Chile's SII, banking connections via Fintoc, Shopify and e-commerce integrations, and we're currently developing a complete Odoo extension for the restaurant industry, adapting the platform to the real needs of Chilean food service businesses.
In 2024, we decided to take the leap and officially found Qworx. Not as just another tech company, but as the partner we always wished we'd had when we were clients. Today we're a team of over 10 people — developers, designers, and consultants — based in Santiago with remote collaborators that allow us to scale without losing quality. We work with in-house teams for projects requiring greater confidentiality, and collaborate with trusted external professionals when the scope demands it.
